To our Haiku community:
As we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation, we'd like to share an update on what Haiku is doing to help protect the health and safety of our team members, customers, and communities.
Haiku is still open and shipping orders. At this time our entire team is working from home, except for those in our warehouse, who are maintaining social distance and fewer than 10 people per site. Our customer service team is here for you and we are still able to ship to you safely, practicing guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and local public health agencies. Please be aware that you may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented heightened sanitation measures and a social distancing plan as a precaution for our warehouse team, and this may temporarily slow processing. Additionally, we have reduced our shipping schedule from Monday-Thursday, effective March 24.
We also wanted to note that any marketing promotions or sales you see from us are pre-scheduled—we're continuing with business as planned to maintain a semblance of normalcy and, frankly, to keep ourselves working. We know shopping is not a top priority right now. If you do need a bag, however—or just have a question or want to reach out—we're here for you.
These are challenging and unprecedented times for us all. If you're able, we hope you'll take the opportunity to call your loved ones, catch up with old friends, and reach out to those in your community who may be in need.
Thank you for being part of our community. Please stay safe and take care of each other.
With gratitude,
Haiku
