Shipping

Orders can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states & Canada. Orders shipped to Canada will incur additional taxes and duties, which you will be responsible for paying at time of delivery.  

 

  • Free standard Ground shipping for orders of $75 and more (This does not include shipments to Canada.) To receive free shipping, merchandise total must exceed $75 after coupons or discounts are applied. Taxes do not count toward this total.
  • $10 flat-rate Ground shipping for orders of less than $75 (Does not include shipments to Canada.)

We want you to get your bags as soon as possible, so we try to ship your order the following business day after you make your purchase. During peak holiday times processing may take an additional day. Please keep in mind our warehouse is closed on weekends, so an order placed Friday will usually be processed and shipped on Monday. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once your package ships.


If you selected any USPS method (including 2- and 3-day Priority), you can expect your order to ship in two business days. This means if you place your order late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will most likely ship the following Tuesday.


Please note: In response to COVID-19, we have reduced our shipping hours from Monday-Thursday.


Returns & Exchanges

We realize that on occasion, you might change your mind about a bag you have ordered. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase from haikubags.com.
  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition with tags attached and must be in their original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges.
  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on haikubags.com. If your item was not purchased through haikubags.com, please return it through the retailer where the item was originally purchased.
Return Process:
  1. Contact us at info@haikubags.com to request a return. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number by email.
  2. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. This number is important, as it ensures that we can receive and process your return.
  3. Ship back to us at the address provided, using your carrier of choice. We do recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.
  4. Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. We will notify you once a refund has been issued.
Exchange Process:

Please request a return, following the steps above, and reorder your choice of replacement at your convenience. Our warehouse is set up for shipping and receiving only, and cannot handle direct exchanges.
