Please note, we are still pretty tiny and at this time we have a single Customer Service Extraordinaire to field all calls and emails. Our business hours are 9am-5pm (CST), Monday through Friday.
Holiday Hours: Our office and warehouse will be closed on Thanksgiving and the following Friday, 11/24-11/25. Most orders placed during the holiday weekend will ship by Tuesday. Email is the best way to contact us with any order questions or issues — rest assured we will get back to you!

If one of our products fails to satisfy you at the time you receive it, simply return it to us. We'll replace it or extend a refund. If your bag is less than one year old and we can't repair it, we'll replace it. If it's our fault, it's on us.
Please note that we can only guarantee bags purchased through authorized Haiku dealers.
Returns & Exchanges:
We realize that on occasion, you might change your mind about a bag you have ordered. We gladly accept returns of new and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
- Items must be in perfect, unused condition with tags attached and must be in their original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items.
- It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges.
- If your item was not purchased on haikubags.com, please first attempt to return through the original place of purchase.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number by email.
- Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. This number is important, as it ensures that we can receive and process your return.
- Ship back to us at the address provided, using your carrier of choice. We do recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.
- Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. We will notify you once a refund has been issued.
Please request a return, following the steps above, and reorder your choice of replacement at your convenience. Our warehouse is set up for shipping and receiving only, and cannot handle direct exchanges.
