We stand behind everything we make. We want you to love your bag and appreciate the details and simple versatility. These pieces can take you from urban centers to well worn trails, all while carrying your everday essentials with style. At Haiku, we share a love of nature, a desire to be present in the moment. We work to create beautiful, simple, meaningful products that inspire you to live bright and carry nature with you.

If one of our products fails to satisfy you at the time you receive it, simply return it to us. We'll replace it or extend a refund. If your bag is less than one year old and we can't repair it, we'll replace it. If it's our fault, it's on us.

Please note that we can only guarantee bags purchased through authorized Haiku dealers.  

Returns & Exchanges:

We realize that on occasion, you might change your mind about a bag you have ordered.  If that is the case, no worries!

Here's the deal:

  • Your return or exchange request must be received by Haiku within 14 days from the day you received your order.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges & we recommend you use a shipment method with a tracking number.
  • Items must be unused with tags attached and be in their original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale merchandise  

Warranty Issues

We have a one year warranty on our bags.  Contact us via email at, or give us a call at 417.459.4259 x 6, and we will send you an RA (Return Authorization) number.  Please send a photo of the issue so that we can determine if the bag needs to be returned to or replaced.  Please have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package to ensure that we can receive and process your return. Thank you!
