Returns and Exchanges.
We realize that on occasion, you might change your mind about a bag you have ordered. If that is the case, here is the lowdown on what to do:
- Your return must be received by Haiku within 14 days from when you first received the shipment.
- Returns must be unused with tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on any sale merchandise. Please be sure before you click to Buy.
If you do need to make a return, you will need to contact us and we will send you an RA (Returns Authorization) number. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns without this RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Thank you!

If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through Haiku, please attempt to return it first through the original place of purchase. If you are unable to process a return through your original place of purchase, call us. We will do whatever we can to make it right.
When sending the return back to us please use a carrier who can track and insure your package. Please keep in mind Haiku is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit.
